Do Turkish banks have to offer a no-fee card?
Yes. Under a central bank instruction, every card issuer must offer a credit card type with no annual fee.
Can I switch my fee-paying card to a no-fee card?
Yes. The central bank instruction lets you swap a fee-paying card for a no-fee card with the same limit. Ask your bank.
Do no-fee cards earn less?
