How we calculate

Denkle answers one question: with the way you spend, which card leaves the most money in your pocket this month? We add up three things.

1. Offers

Most Turkish cards don’t publish a fixed earn rate. The bulk of the rewards comes from offers that change every month. We read each offer’s terms on the bank’s own page and turn them into rules: minimum per purchase, which purchase earns the reward, whether the first purchase counts, the cap and the end date.

When a card has more than one offer in the same category, we count only the biggest, unless we can confirm they stack. Offers tied to one brand (a single fuel chain, for example) are shown on the card’s page but left out of the total. Offers open only to selected customers are not counted.

2. Always-on earn

Some cards, mostly miles cards, publish a fixed rate per lira spent. We convert it to TL using the point or mile value the bank states.

3. Annual fee

We divide the annual fee by 12 and subtract it from the monthly total. Cards whose fee we can’t confirm on the bank’s official pages are left out of the ranking.

Our rules

  • We don’t publish a figure we can’t see on an official source.
  • Every card page lists its sources and the date we last checked.
  • Offers are re-checked daily. Changes go live only after an editor approves them.
  • We may earn a commission from banks, but rankings come only from the calculation.
